This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal data by SolaraX Markets, trading as Solana Funded (the"Company," "we," "our," or "us"), in connection with the operation of the Solana Funded platform and related services. This Policy applies to all natural persons who access orutilize the Solana Funded website located at https://solanafunded.com, register for evaluation challenges, maintain accounts, or otherwise interact with Company systems(collectively, "you," "your," or "Data Subjects").

The Company processes personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL"), which constitutes the primary data protection framework applicable within the United Arab Emirates. Where we process personal data of individuals resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, we additionally comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"). This Policy explains what personal data we collect, the purposes for which such data is processed, the legal bases justifying processing activities, your rights as a Data Subject, and the safeguards we employ to protect your information.

To process purchases of evaluation challenges, we collect payment method details, which may include payment card information (card number, expiration date, security code), cryptocurrency wallet addresses, blockchain transaction identifiers, billing addresses, and transaction history.Payment card data is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored directly on Company servers; however, transaction records are retained for accounting and compliance purposes.

3.3 Trading Activity and Performance Data

We collect comprehensive data regarding your simulated trading activity, including positions entered and closed, order types and sizes, profit and loss figures, account balances, risk metrics, rule compliance records, timestamps of all trading actions, and performance analytics. This informationis essential to evaluate your performance against challenge parameters and determine eligibility for Funded Accounts.

3.4 Technical and Device Information

Our systems automatically collect technical data when you access the platform, including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, connection timestamps, pages visited, clickstream data, referral sources, and session duration. This information isused for security monitoring, fraud prevention, service optimization, and analytics purposes.

3.5 Communications Data

When you contact our support team via email, live chat, orother communication channels, we retain records of such communications including message content, timestamps, and associated metadata. This information enables us to respond to inquiries, resolve technical issues, and improve service quality.

3.6 Identity Verification Data

For anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance, we may request government-issued identification documents, proof of address, photographs, or other verification materials.Such documents are processed solely to verify your identity and comply with applicable financial regulations.

• Technical Logs: Typically retained for ninety (90) days for security monitoring,except where longer retention is required for investigation of suspected violations.

12. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that poses risks to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities in accordance with legal requirements. Notifications will be provided without undue delay and, where feasible, within seventy-two (72) hours of breach discovery. Notifications will include the nature of the breach, categories and approximate numbers of affected individuals, likely consequences, and measures taken to address the breach and mitigate harm.​

13. Children’s Privacy

Solana Funded services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that personal data of an individual under eighteen has been collected, we will promptly delete such information.
