1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through Solana Funded, a trading evaluation and funding program operated by SolaraX Markets FZCO (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing any evaluation challenge, instant funding program, or related product from Solana Funded, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Challenge Rules.

All purchases grant access to a simulated trading evaluation environment designed to assess trading performance under defined trading rules prior to eligibility for participation in a funded trading program.

2. Nature of the Product

Solana Funded provides access to digital trading evaluation services. Upon purchase, clients receive immediate access to trading platforms, performance dashboards, and related infrastructure used to participate in the evaluation process.

Challenge fees represent payment for participation in the evaluation program, not a guarantee of funding, profitability, or trading success.

Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access provided, purchases are considered final.

3. General Refund Policy

Solana Funded does not offer refunds for purchased challenges or evaluation accounts.

All challenge fees are non-refundable, except in the limited situations described in this policy.

The only circumstances under which a refund may occur are:

Third Payout Incentive

Traders who successfully complete the evaluation process and progress to a funded trading account may receive a refund of their original challenge fee after receiving their third successful payout from Solana Funded, as described in Section 5.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and specific situations, SolaraX Markets FZCO may review a case and determine whether a refund or alternative resolution is appropriate. Any such decision is made solely at the Company’s discretion.

Submitting a request or inquiry does not guarantee that a refund will be granted.

4. Participation in the Evaluation Program

By purchasing a challenge, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The evaluation is performance-based.
  • Traders may fail the challenge based on their trading results.
  • Failure of an evaluation or breach of challenge rules does not qualify for reimbursement of the challenge fee.
  • The challenge fee represents payment for access to the evaluation environment and participation in the assessment process.

Clients are responsible for understanding the challenge rules, trading parameters, and platform functionality prior to purchasing a challenge..

5.  Challenge Fee Refund Incentive (Third Payout)

Solana Funded offers a Challenge Fee Refund Incentive for traders who successfully complete the evaluation and continue trading under a funded account.

Traders become eligible to receive a refund of their original challenge fee after receiving their third successful payout from Solana Funded.

The refund is typically processed together with the third payout, unless otherwise determined by the Company.

To qualify:

  • The trader must have successfully completed the evaluation process.
  • The trader must have progressed to funded trader status.
  • The account must remain in good standing.
  • No violations of trading rules must have occurred.

This refund is considered a performance-based incentive and is separate from standard refund requests.

6. Technical Issues

If a client experiences a verifiable technical issue caused directly by Solana Funded systems that prevents proper use of the purchased service, the Company may review the case.

Following review, the Company may provide an appropriate resolution at its discretion, which may include:

  • Account reset
  • Replacement challenge account
  • Platform credit

Technical issues must be reported promptly to the support team so that they can be investigated.

Clients who need assistance or wish to request a review of a specific situation may contact the Solana Funded support team.

Requests should include:

  • Full name
  • Email used for the purchase
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Description of the issue

All requests are reviewed manually, and responses are typically provided within several business days.

8. Abuse of Policy

Solana Funded reserves the right to refuse service, deny refunds, or restrict access to users who attempt to abuse the refund process or the evaluation system.

Examples of abuse may include:

  • Fraudulent chargebacks
  • Misrepresentation of account usage
  • Attempting to exploit platform systems or policies
  • Repeated abusive refund requests

Accounts suspected of such behavior may be suspended or permanently restricted from using Solana Funded services.

9. Policy Updates

SolaraX Markets FZCO reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on the Solana Funded website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
